Why do I need a PIN-code?
PIN-code is your Personal Identification Number, which you need to access your account via Internet. PIN-code is sent to a member with the confirmation letter via e-mail. If you forgot your PIN-code – click here and you will get one via e-mail. Alternatively, you may contact Panorama Club office.
What should I do if I lost my Panorama Club Card?
Please
contact the Panorama Club office to re-issue your membership card.
What should I do to be sure that my miles are credited to my account?
For the automated tracking of your flights you should quote your
Panorama Club membership number when making a reservation and present
your membership card at the check-in desk before departure, this also
applies to partner airlines.
Please note: If you take a
flight with our partner Austrian Airlines, make sure to fax/mail a copy
of the ticket and boarding passes to the Panorama Club office for
mileage crediting.
What should I do if my miles have not been credited to my account?
Please retain the originals of your tickets/boarding passes and mail
them (or fax a copy) to the Panorama Club office for mileage crediting.
You can claim miles to be retroactively credited on your account for up to 6 months following the flight concerned.
May I transfer my miles to another mileage account?
No, you cannot transfer your miles, either to another Panorama Club
account or to another frequent flyer program. Miles of two or three
accounts cannot be combined. However, you can transfer/issue your award
to any person of your choice.
